PARTNERS is a LIVING AT HOME/BLOCK NURSE PROGRAM, for seniors 55+. For 25 years, wh have been:
- Enhancing quality of life for elders and caregivers
- A part of the solution for the growing population of elderly, senior citizens living at home alone
- Preventing “SPEND DOWN” to welfare programs
- Delaying or averting admission to nursing homes
- Building more elder friendly communities
- Successful cost-effective and caring community program
- Saving Minnesota taxpayers money
